60-Day Sleep Guarantee
We understand that comfort is personal, and the best way to evaluate a sleeping pad is to use it in real-world conditions.
If your sleeping pad does not meet your needs for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
To qualify for a return under our 60-Day Sleep Guarantee:
The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
The sleeping pad may be used but must be returned in reasonably clean condition.
The product must not show signs of intentional damage, misuse, modification, or abuse.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns made under the 60-Day Sleep Guarantee.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect during normal use, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help determine the best next step.
Examples of manufacturing defects may include:
Valve failures
Seam failures
Material defects
Other workmanship-related issues
If we determine that the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect, Koenig Outdoors will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement product or refund at our discretion.
Photos and additional information may be requested to help us evaluate the issue.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Koenig Outdoors products are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal, intended use of the product.
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage
Punctures, cuts, tears, or abrasions caused by use
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or modification
Cosmetic wear that does not affect product performance
Damage resulting from exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, or other abnormal conditions
Normal wear and tear
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Koenig Outdoors will, at its discretion:
Repair the product, if practical
Replace the product with the same or comparable product
Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable
